Advisor - Payment System and Banking Technology

  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream

  • Experience in the following functional areas is highly desirable.

    a. Payment Settlement and IT Department of Banks
    b. Exposure to the Policies and Procedures of various Payment Settlements and IT functions of the Bank, and having good experience in handling major IT project implementations in Banks.
    c. Exposure in liaison with Regulators, Government bodies, and International Institutions on Payment and Technology matters.
    d. Oversee compliance with data protection, privacy, information security, and operational risk standards.
    e. Provide advisory on incident response and business continuity planning.

    Period of engagement: The appointment will be on a Contract basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable up to 3 years or till the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
    Other information: The place of posting will be Mumbai. IBA will not be providing Car facility. Considering that the role is of a specialised nature, the Chief Executive can approve deviations in the eligibility criterion depending on the availability/suitability of the candidates.

Senior Advisor - Customer Service Excellence

  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream

  • Experience in the following functional areas is highly desirable.
    a. Operations- Branch Banking
    b. Head of Branch / Region / Zone
    c. Customer Service monitoring at Controlling / Corporate office level with good exposure in analysing the root cause for customer grievance and finding way to improve the customer satisfaction
    d. Liasoning with Bank / RBI Ombudsman
    e. Good working knowledge of computer including MS-Office or equivalent applications.

    Serving/Retired DGM/AGM (Scale VI/V) or equivalent having 3 years relevant functional experience (desirable) at AGM/DGM level for the position of Advisor.
